Start of Build Your Own: AK-47 Mega!

To develop my previous piece - Build Your Own: AK-47 - I have doubled the sizes of each piece and cut them out of pieces of upholstery foam. This is a material that holds its shape well but is still soft and squishy.

I am now going to cover each of these pieces with different coloured fabrics. The colours I plan on using will be vibrant and playful. I want to use a mixture of different fabrics so that each piece feels slightly different.

I am yet to decide on how this piece will be presented.

I have considered using velco on a wall so that the pieces can be attached and taken off the wall. However I also like the idea of them being on the floor so that viewers can use them to build, throw, stack etc.
