Vacuum Mould

When it came to using my clay gun to create a cast I decided that I wanted it to be one sided because of the difficulty of making the gun shape. Because of this it was suggested that I use the vacuum mould.
The first attempt (pink) did not work properly and at the time we were unsure why. However I really like this result and think it looks quite soft and squishy.
Some of the following 3 worked better (bottom 3) however they weren't forming a strong shape of the gun.
We then worked out that the mould was forming around the board that the model was sat on rather than the model itself.
I think the black one is extremely effective and very harsh looking, however I don't know if it works alongside the rest of my work.
